1. Make sure that you have a strong wireless connection.
2. Check and see if the Facebook app and the Water Splash app are up-to-date.

3. if you have the latest version of the facebook app & the Water Splash app on your device, Please log out of your Facebook account and log in again. Then open the Water Splash app.
4.Reboot your phone or close other running apps. We have found that restarting the device or closing all other apps before you start the game can prevent freezing issues due to lack of memory. We recommend that you have at least 2GB of free space on your device for optimal experience.
