To receive requests on the mobile app, you must be connected to the Internet and logged into Facebook. Please double check both your Internet and Facebook connection. Depending on the user's device and internet condition, Requests might not be able to sent or received.
- If you closed the message box without taking the items (lives, coins, moves) from your friends when you start the game, some of the items will disappear. As a result, please close the message box after you receive items.
- If you're still having trouble, try opening Water Splash on Facebook on your computer or laptop, and check your requests there. You can also view requests in your Facebook settings.

Click Water Splash tap --> Edit button --> Click "Send you notifications" section --> Click "YES"
- If you have checked not to get any notifications from Facebook Apps, no gifts can be delivered to your account. Take screenshot if possible and send the details to Facebook Help Center.
Also, an account cannot have more than five lives and three keys at any given time.
