Please provide us (using the contact link at the bottom of this page) with the a screenshot of your payment history and game user ID (UID).
You can find your payment history by following the steps below.
* WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYPAL RECEIPTS -- we need the Facebook payment ID number.
[Finding Payment History]:
1. Log into Facebook and click the arrow at the top right hand corner of your Facebook page.
2. Click on settings.
3. There should be a tab for payments on the left.
4. Then go to Purchase history and select that date range and apply
5. CLICK on the specific purchase to show the details of the purchase, such as the Payment ID.
Or you should have received an e-mail from Facebook with a receipt. A screenshot of this would be sufficient. Please take a screenshot of the receipt by following the steps below.
[How to take a screenshot]:
1. Press the "Print Screen/Prt Scrn" button on your keyboard.
2. Open the program called "Paint". It is a basic program that comes with all Windows Operating Systems.
3. Paste the picture by either pressing "Ctrl" + "V" key simultaneously. Another way is to right click and select Paste.
4. Please send the image(receipt) to support@bubblecoco.zendesk.com
We will credit your account with the appropriate amount of Jewels once this is verified.
[Finding your UID]:
1. Start the game on Facebook.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to check your ID.
3. Below the game screen, you will see an array of gray numbers [UID XXXXXXXXXXX]. The numbers you see is your UID.
