** Did you get error message 'error code 18'?
error code 18 is only appear when the app that you download from Google play Store cannot be installed to phone or card, usually when you try to update a game or app.
Resetting the phone to factory setting will not work or cleaning the google play cache or data will not work so the only solutions is to uninstall the said app first than clean the ram and phone/card if not sufficient after that unmount the memory card than install the app to phone memory after that mount the memory card back
